How Do I Switch to Digital? The Switch to Digital TV is Easy, But You Need To Act!

Switching to digital television is easy to do. KCET, and many other local TV stations, are already broadcasting in digital. So once you make the switch, you can start watching DTV right away – and take full advantage of better picture and sound quality, along with more channel choices.

The government has created a coupon program to help households who wish to keep their analog TV sets after February 17, 2009. The program which allows U.S. households to obtain two coupons, worth $40 each, can be applied to the cost of eligible converter boxes. (https://dtv2009.gov/ApplyCoupon.aspx)
