Los Angeles - February 2, 2011 - As protests and demonstrations spread beyond Egypt throughout the Mideast, KCET and SoCal Connected bring viewers live coverage from Al Jazeera English News. KCET will carry that live coverage at 11:00 a.m., 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. KCET is the only major broadcaster in Southern California to carry Al Jazeera live.  

In addition to Al Jazeera, KCET will have additional coverage of the historic events in the Mideast:
