Allyson Escobar is a recent graduate of Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, CA, with a Bachelor of Arts in English/Journalism. Born and raised in a small town in the Inland Empire, she grew up with an instant love for reading and writing stories. She believes narrative is important because it gives people a voice. She enjoys hot tea, good conversation, and writing about anything from short stories to arts and culture to current trends. She hopes to write for a news publication, work in editing/broadcasting, and publish a series of books for young adults. She currently lives in Los Angeles with her parents and two dogs.
