Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, Emily Wanserski graduated from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor with a dual degree in Dance and Political Science. Two suitcases in tow, Emily moved to Los Angeles in the Fall of 2011 to work as Heidi Duckler Dance Theatre's Managing Director. She has quickly adopted the SoCal lifestyle, food trucks, and sunshine. A dancer, writer, choreographer, and artist, Emily has presented work in New York City, Atlanta, Ann Arbor, and Detroit.
