Photo Gallery: 'Emperor' with Producer Gary Foster and Screenwriter Vera Blasi

The KCET Cinema Series continued this week at the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences with a screening of "Emperor," a new film starring Tommy Lee Jones. The Cinema Series, hosted by film critic Pete Hammond, features films before their local release and takes place Tuesdays at 7pm.
About the film:
A Lionsgate Films and Roadside Attractions release, starring Tommy Lee Jones as General Douglas MacArthur in this WWII drama. As the Japanese surrender at the end of the war, the moral task of deciding if Emperor Hirohito will be tried as a war criminal or spared is the focal point of the film. Premiered at the Toronto Film Festival.
