KCET Cinema Series members enjoyed "Young Adult," a new film written by Diablo Cody and directed by Jason Reitman, last night at the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences.
About the film:
Soon after her divorce a fiction writer returns to her small town in Minnesota to rekindle her romance with an old flame, now married with kids. Jason Reitman (Thank You For Smoking, Up in the Air, Juno) directs from a script by Oscar winner Diablo Cody (Juno) starring Oscar winner Charlize Theron, Patton Oswalt and Patrick Wilson. A dark, daring comedy generating lots of awards talk.
