Health expert Dr. David Kipper joined KCET Cinema Series host Pete Hammond on stage after a screening of "Escape Fire" at the Aero Theater in Santa Monica on Tuesday, September 11, 2012. The film, a documentary about the state of healthcare in the U.S., led to a lively Q&A in with Dr. Kipper. The doctor answered audience questions and talked about the coming problems with doctor/patient relationships, the reason behind the high cost of healthcare, and resources available to the public.
