The KCET Cinema Series served up it's last supper at the Television Academy!

The final night of the Spring KCET Cinema Series at the Television Academy was a literal cinematic feast with Magnolia Pictures ''Tasting Menu'. A wonderful Spanish/Irish co-production, the film tells the story of the closing night of one of Spain's most celebrated restaurants and its devotees gathering for the last supper. Fionnula Flanagan (Waking Ned Devine, The Others, Transamerica) stars as the Countess and joined KCET Cinema Series host Pete Hammond for a 'delicious' Q&A after the film.

The KCET Cinema Series has held regular screenings at the Television Academy for 20 years and last night we said our fond farewell to the wonderful Television Academy team and the Leonard H. Goldenson Theatre which will be demolished and replaced by a beautiful new theatre in 2016.
