Previewing 'Damsels in Distress'

Question of the week: What is actor's Adam Brody's favorite holiday? Answer below in the comment section for a chance to win a pair of tickets to the March 20th KCET Cinema Series AND meet Adam in person! [Contest ends Friday at 5PM]

On March 20th, Cinema Series will showcase "Damsels in Distress," a romantic, yet witty, funny and quirky comedy, written and directed by Whit Stillman. A group of college girls, led by Violet (Greta Gerwig), launch a project at their Seven Oaks University to make the learning institution an intelligent, pleasant place to inhabit. Combating male Neanderthal ways and depression-clad student body are no easy tasks. The film is full of quotable lines, preppy characters and romance.

After the screening stick around and meet the cast: writer/director Whit Stillman, and actors Greta Gerwig, Analeigh Tipton, Megalyn Echikunwoke, Carrie MacLemore, and Adam Brody.
