Patrick Huard stars as lovable screw-up Dave Wozniak, a middle aged delivery man who shuns most adult responsibilities until his girlfriend (Julie Le Breton) reveals that she's pregnant. As Dave ponders potential fatherhood, he's faced with another life-changing discovery: his time spent as a prolific sperm donor in the 1980's resulted in 533 successful pregnancies. Now, 142 of his children have filed a class action lawsuit to reveal the identity of their biological father, code-named Starbuck. This audience pleasing Québécois film has garnered such rave reviews that its already slated for a U.S. remake to be written and directed once again by Ken Scott. "Starbuck" hits American theaters on March 22nd but you can see it this Tuesday at the KCET Cinema Series!
