A buddy recently told me that, although he did not trust the scientific merits of global warming, he could at least appreciate the positive economic impact of its consequential movement. And right he is to appreciate its might; the green sector is blossoming. The innovative tactics are nothing short of fascinating, and they deserve all the praise they have recently received. The 'Go Green Expo' is thus a fantastic platform to marvel at how far going green has come in the last ten years. It will leave you wondering, with all its force, just how far it has left to go.
Says the Mother Nature Network:
After watching Al Gore's film An Inconvenient Truth, trade show producer Bradford Rand was motivated to help do his part to address climate change. His answer was the creation of the Go Green Expo. The expos are held every year in cities across the country, bringing together business owners, community activists and everyday people to learn more about how they can "go green" and make a difference. The 2010 Los Angeles Go Green Expo will be held at the LEED certified Los Angeles Convention Center from Jan. 22-24, 2010. The business-to-business expo is on Friday, Jan. 22 and then the convention center opens its doors to the public on Saturday and Sunday.

Green expos are great, but make sure that your exhibit is green as well. My company has been using green materials for some time and we also rent (reuse) exhibits that make for the ultimate in eco-friendly trade show booths. Visit our site at xibitmax.com or call us at 612-605-8000 for more info.
