In honor of Memorial Day, the Los Angeles County Museum of Art will open its doors for visitors and art lovers for free. Target Free Holiday Mondays, sponsored by Target includes special programming and free general admission for all everyone (does not include ticketed exhibitions). Families and individuals who have the day off should go and enjoy exhibitions now on view such as Myths, Legends, and Cultural Renewal: Wagner's Sources, or American Stories: Paintings of Everyday Life, 1765-1915, which features works of art that have given life and meaning to people's ordinary daily occurrences. Don't miss out because the next time LACMA will be free on a Monday holiday is on Labor Day.
