Head down to Hermosa, Manhattan or Redondo this weekend for some swimming, soccer, surfing, and fun!

This festival is brought to you by all the beach cities,Torrance, and the Los Angeles County Department of Beaches and Harbors. There will be lifeguard competitions, aquatic sports competitions, sand soccer, volleyball tournaments, and a two-mile beach run.
