T.V. show sitcoms and movies make it seem as if carving a Thanksgiving turkey is easy. It's not. Here to help you out in this time of need are Lindy and Grundy!

In anticipation of Thanksgiving, we thought it would be beneficial to offer a turkey carving demo at the shop!This class will be limited to 15 people per class, and we are offering two classes. You will learn how to truss a bird by practicing on a chicken (which you get to bring home at the end of the class).
You will be able to watch Erika carve a turkey, step-by-step, and we'll also demo how to make two delicious side dishes for your Thanksgiving Feast, and you'll go home with recipes on how to cook your turkey and two side dishes.
