Cecelia Hae-Jin Lee, proprietor of the blog Eating Korean, is teaching a hands-on kimchi-making class next weekend. The class will be held at the kitchen of local caterer Jennie Cook. In addition to kimchi, Lee will also help students prepare a fresh cranberry chutney and share her family's kimchi stuffing recipe--two fitting holiday touches
