The nonprofit volunteer organization Palisades Cares presents a screening of the documentary "Forks Over Knives." Directed by Lee Fulkerson and featuring interviews with nutrition scientist T. Colin Campbell (pictured) and surgeon Caldwell B. Esselstyn, the film examines the health benefits of a plant-based whole-foods diet.
