Chicks with Knives presents an Introduction to Knives class at the SQIRL kitchen in Silver Lake. The class will include light appetizers and drinks.

This one hour demonstration class and Q and A session will be all about our very favorite topic - knives. We'll cover what different shapes and styles of knives are designed for and the best way to use them. We will also discuss the different forging techniques, how to purchase and care for your knives and where to get them sharpened. We will also answer all your knife-related questions.
