For two nights this January, Chef Ian Gresik is sharing his tips and techniques for picture perfect al dente noodles--he will demonstrate how to make, roll, and cook fresh pasta dough. For $55, inquisitive culinarians will be treated to a class, personalized pasta tastings, and a delicious drink.
