The Arboretum's Thursday Garden Talks continue with a landscaping and plant combinations class hosted by award winning gardener Mark Bartos.
From the Arboretum:
This eye-opening lecture reveals the speaker's favorite plant combinations - artful arrangements based on repetition of shapes, leaf colors and textures. Plant nuts and gardeners will be treated to an array of beautiful live plant material. Mark's garden design career emerged from hands-on experience at Hortus Nursery and studies at UCLA Extension. His landscapes have earned numerous awards and are often featured in Sunset, Elle Decor, Town & Country and other publications.
