Save money and impress your family and friends by butchering your own fish and chicken at your next dinner. The Chicks with Knives crew is presenting a class that will help you go about cutting your meats properly.

From CWK:

In this 2 hour, hands-on class we will guide you as you cut up a whole, round fish and a chicken. We will also discuss butchery cuts, how to butterfly, filet, carve and how to french a rack of lamb.

Class will include light appetizers and beverages.

We ask everyone to please bring an apron and a sharp boning or chef's knife.
