Small plate restaurant Mezza and Orange County's The Bruery are hosting an evening of fresh food and great beers with Ben Weiss and Mezza Chef Micah Wexler. Sample cuisine and beverages in four courses, from salmon and red ale to brisket and porter.
From the Mezza website:
"The traditions of mezza style dining and the bounty of the California marketplace is the inspiration in creating Mezza's contemporary Mediterranean cuisine. We take the bounty of fresh product and local produce and combine them with the flavors and soul of the Mediterranean."
