Kate Payne, author of "The Hip Girl's Guide to Homemaking" and co-founder of the modern food swap movement, is hosting a demonstration class where she will cover methods for using seasonal produce to come up with tasty cold-brewed beverages. Attendees will sip a few non-alcoholic drinks in class and leave with a recipe packet for creating personalized homemade beverages.
