Master Brewer Hannah Crum goes through the history of fermented foods before highlighting the one that's been all the rage as late: Kombucha. Crum will spend the workshop detailing just what the health benefits of Kombucha are, allow workshop-goers to sample various kinds, and then instruct them on how to make their own healthy Kombucha at home.
