The Greater Watts Community Garden is throwing a garden party as a way to show children how much fun it is to grow your own food and to educate them about how to eat healthy. The party will feature cooking demonstrations, a presentation on how to start a garden in your own community, some craft activities for the kids, and a tour given by the coordinator of the garden. A light breakfast will be provided.
