The 4th Annual Downtown Film Festival is back featuring films that take place in Los Angeles, as well as films from all over the world. The festival kicks off at the Downtown Independent Friday night, and will showcase films in The Orpheum, historic L.A. Theater, and Regal Cinemas at L.A. Live throughout the week.
