The Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences hosts a summer screening series at its new open-air theater.

Food trucks provided by Roaming Hunger will vary each night. Attendees are encouraged to dress warmly and bring blankets or low lawn chairs. Picnic baskets, beer and wine are permitted. Pets are not allowed. screenings begin at sunset.

  • Sat., July 14: The Princess Bride

  • Fri., July 27: Dreamgirls
  • Sat., July 28: The Dark Crystal
  • Fri., Aug. 3: North by Northwest
  • Sat., Aug. 4: Steamboat Bill Jr.
  • Fri., Aug. 10: Young Frankenstein
  • Sat., Aug. 11: Back to the Future
  • Fri., Aug. 17: Audience choice
  • Sat., Aug. 18: The Wizard of Oz
