Sunset Beer Company had better start fortifying their taps, because they seem to always be getting taken over. The Echo Park epicenter of craft beer culture is willfully turning over their taps this time to Alesmith, a growing San Diego brewery. Expect the Alesmith crew to bring their best brews, including some of their Grand Cru, Nut Brown Ale and maybe a stout or two. The Sunset Beer folks are already losing their hops over some incoming Yule Smith summer stock, the brewery's brash double IPA.
