All it took was a foreign national holiday to get the Hangar 24 folks excited about food in their tap room. So excited, in fact, that they're opening up the doors at 11am to serve beers from their own supply to thirsty patrons. On heavy rotation will be their heralded Belgian Summer Ale, the Amber Saison and a few pilot batches, including a Belgian Tripel that sounds promising. Oh, and the food; Crispy Waffle & Frite will be hanging out, cooking up some Belgian staples to keep the crowds satisfied.
