Mohawk Bend is already known for their California-only beers, but they also have a fully-stocked bar with an array of spirits made right here in the Golden State as well. One of those distillers is Bowen's Whiskey, a Bakersfield-area small batch operation that relies on the past to help guide their future. What better way to embrace California drinking ingenuity than with a night of celebration and food pairings. Cocktails will be high demand all evening, and a selection of bites - from lamb belly to peach calzones - will be on hand to sample alongside Bowen's Whiskey.
