There's a new cocktail menu in town, and it belongs to Church & State. The trendy downtown bistro is revamping their spirits guide to include some seriously summery libations. The Strawberry Fields mixes luksusowa vodka with fresh strawberries, while the Plummer's Punch riffs on pear eau de vie, rum, bourbon and lemon. There will also be great apertifs and champagne cocktails on hand.
