Pasadena's Vertical Wine Bistro is a great Old Town wine bar and bistro with plenty of character. Beyond their own well-curated wine list, the management has invited along Santa Barbara's Ampelos Cellars for a night of organic wines and food pairings. Winemakers Peter & Rebecca Work will be on hand to discuss the finer points of their pours, especially as they relate to the food.
