Each Friday in August, LACMA presents a free outdoor screening of a recent family-friendly animated film.
The schedule:
- Fri., Aug. 3: Bolt
- Fri.., Aug. 10: Puss in Boots
- Fri.., Aug. 17: How to Train Your Dragon
- Fri., Aug. 24: Pixar shorts and the best of the L.A. International Children's Film Festival
- Fri., Aug. 31: Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs
Attendees are encouraged to bring blankets and low chairs to sit on the lawn. Picnics and pets on a leash are also allowed. Full event info is available on the LACMA website.
