Jim Clendenen, the owner of Santa Barbara's Au Bon Climat Winery, will be on hand at upscale A1 Cucina Italiana for a night of wine pairings and grape discussions. The $60 evening includes a four-course meal and associated pairings, with plates ranging from grilled octopus to lamb shank. Be sure to stick around after for more conversation with Clendenen. And, of course, more uncorked bottles. Seating is limited, so it's recommended to call in advance.
