This festival featuring both modern and classic Irish films offers "a cinematic barometer for the cultural climate of Ireland in 2012."
LAIFF opens with a screening of Kieron J. Walsh's Jump at the Linwood Dunn Theater in Hollywood, where the director and co-writer will introduce the film.
The festival then continues at the Aero Theatre in Santa Monica with screenings of such films as Citadel, The Shore and Man of Aran. A program of short films will close the festival.
