As Hollywood continues to grow and change, so do the ways in which the involved players communicate their plans and desires. Urban development requires input and information from a large number of different groups, which previous to social media would have been a challenge to coordinate. This discussion aims to unravel the new relationship that social media plays in this landscape, with related talks from civic organizers, members of industry and Hollywood locals.
