Looking for a last minute Halloween idea that's kid-friendly? Consider the no-carve pumpkin decorating event happening at the Pico Farmers Market in Virginia Avenue Park on Saturday, October 27th. The morning event runs from 9am to 1pm, and provides free pumpkins (one per child!) to kids with a bit of creative flair. And, since it's strictly a no-carve event, you don't have to worry about spending your holiday buying spooky bandages for your loved ones.
