For this program illuminating the acclaimed director Stanley Kubrick (2001: A Space Odyssey, The Shining, Lolita), his longtime executive producer Jan Harlan will discuss the many dimensions of Kubrick's work and his influence on cinema.
Harlan will be joined in conversation by Film Independent at LACMA curator Elvis Mitchell, and a screening of Harlan's documentary Stanley Kubrick: A Life in Pictures will follow the conversation.
