This Saturday, Ventura is partying in the park with more seafood than you can imagine. Shuckers from around California will be on hand to talk oysters and give audiences a taste of what the salty sea has to offer. In addition, a few of Ventura County's best restaurants will also be available, serving up other tasty bites for anyone who might have an aversion to the oyster. There will also be plenty of drinks on hand, including Firestone Walter, Malibu Family Wines, San Vicente Cellars and more. But the best part? The all day event bills itself as environmentally sustainable, with compostable food containers, paperless ticketing and free bicycle valet parking.
