As if you didn't already know, West Hollywood is home to the biggest street Halloween carnival in the entire world. It's an evening of close-quarter crowds and outlandish outfits that goes all night long. Of course, area bars and eateries will be packed to the gills as well with revelers looking to get in out of the madness. Don't let the crowds or cab lines dissuade you though, there's nothing quite like hundreds of thousands of costumed strangers all having a wonderful time together in the streets of West Hollywood.
