Although many of the nation's best Beatnicks are gone, their poetry lives on. This event at Venice's Beyond Baroque Literary Arts Center focuses on the works of well known Beat icons including Jack Kerouac. The works will be presented as a loose reflection of a poetry reading done in 1955, with Michael C. Ford, Rex Weiner and other current artists stepping in to fill the roles.
