Thanks to The Sky Room in Long Beach, you no longer have to wait until New Years Eve to get your annual taste of champagne. On Saturday, December 15th they'll be hosting a two-hour champagne tasting event for the privileged spirit in all of us, just in time to save you from the inevitably poor bottle of bubbly you'll be sipping from as the ball drops. This upscale event features an array of specially-curated champagnes from France, plus Italian proseccos and bruts from Spain, Italy and California.
