You may have heard of Hot Knives, the vegetarian chef duo of Evan George and Alex Brown. The pair is known for their strong opinions on vegetables and beer, as well as their recent cookbook. So naturally they'll be combining their love of cheese and craft beer into one night at Eagle Rock Brewery known as White Christmas. The brewery, for their part, will be pairing a selection of 'white' beers with the cheese selections from the Hot Knives team. The cost is $29 per person, and space is limited (so is seating, if you've never been to Eagle Rock Brewery before), so be sure to reserve a space now.
