In an attempt to grow the Los Angeles cultural scene, a number of different museum, galleries and cultural centers across L.A. will be hosting a weekend of free entry. On Saturday, January 26th and Sunday, January 27th, hotspots like the Annenberg Space for Photography, The Getty, LACMA, and the University Art Museum at CSULB will all be opening their doors for one or both days. The hope is that younger generations or cash-strapped families will have the ability to enjoy the well-curated events and exhibitions that may have otherwise been out of reach. Please be advised that these are general admission tickets only, and that regular parking fees at these locations will still apply.
