With less than 10,000 total bottles, Pugachev's Cobra is certainly a rare beer. Brewed annual in small batches by Redlands' Hangar 24 Brewery, the dark Russian Imperial Stout weighs in at 16% alcohol by volume. Rather than standing in line for a chance at one of the few bottles available, Tony's Darts Away in Burbank will be popping a keg of the rich, deep stout on Tuesday, January 29th, beginning at 5pm. Tony's will also have some of Hangar 24's other beers on tap, but those interested in tasting the rare Pugachev's Cobra should plant to get to Tony's early.
