This food-centric workshop series offers four hands-on three-hour classes taught by local experts. Attendees will leave with knowledge, samples, recipes and a Foodsteader apron.
The schedule:
- March 23: Inside Handsome Coffee
- June 1: Ice Cream with Karen Klemens of Mother Moo Creamery
- Sept. 7: Tomatoes Galore with Scott Diagre of Tomatomania
- Nov. 2: Autumn Preserves with Experts Kevin West and Joseph Shuldiner
NOTE: The Sept. 7 workshop will be held at Diagre's home. The location on the map above is not exact. Food Forward will help arrange carpools.
