The grassroots group Food Forward presents its new Food Preservation and Cottage Arts Certificate program, a 12-week series taught by chef, food preservation expert and KCET contributor Ernest Miller.

The program is aimed at burgeoning professionals, serious hobbyists and passionate amateurs, and will cover jams, jellies, fermentation, beer brewing, baking, pickling, bread making and more.
