The warm and inviting Tin Roof Bistro in Manhattan Beach is once again opening its doors for an evening of unusual wine tasting. As wine continues to proliferate in new and unusual places, interesting varietals from places like Croatia continue to provide strong results. On Wednesday, February 27th, Tin Roof will present a four course Croatian-themed meal to be paired with intriguing vintages from the region. Dishes include stuffed cabbage rolls with ground lamb and grilled cevapcici sausages, plus a light dessert and early tray passing. The event is $49 per person, and reservations are required.
