Interested in learning more about the back-end of beer brewing? Head to El Segundo on Tuesday at 6:30pm for a 30-minute class focused entirely on hops. Hosted by cicerone Tom from El Segundo Brewing Co., the $20 class will discuss European and American hop styles and their influences on the beer brewing process. To taste some of the flavor contrasts, a flight of beer will be provided, which makes this class 21+ (sorry, adventurous underage brewers).
