This Sunday, there will be bowls and bowls of steaming soup noodles out in Santa Monica. The Noodle Bowl Fest is taking over the Viceroy Hotel in Santa Monica, with seven different types of soup noodles as prepared by some of the city's best restaurants. Din Tai Fung, Maximiliano, M.B. Post, Tsujita and others will be on hand to produce everything from Tsukemen to Korean Army Soup. Tickets are $55, and include Singha Beer samples and cocktails from Karlsson's Gold Vodka.
