As part of the engaging two-day Steed Symposium, the new food documentary A Place at the Table will screen on the Loyola Marymount campus. The afternoon event will feature a joint boxed lunch of all attendees, followed by a screening of the film inside the Mayer Theater, with a panel discussion to follow. The documentary focuses on the rising issues of hunger in America, with commentary from some of the nation's most noted voices on the subject. The event is free but reservations are required, as it's expected to fill up quickly.
